ONE CROWN COFFEE

1½ oz Cyrus Noble Bourbon
4 oz hot dark-roast coffee
½ oz raspberry syrup
Build in a 6-oz stemmed Irish Coffee glass and stir well, then float with black raspberry liqueur whipped cream* and garnish with an orange quarter.
* In a lidded jar, hard shake 1 oz heavy cream until thickened but pourable, then stir in 1 tsp black raspberry liqueur.
