KENTUCKY BUCK

In a shaker, muddle:
1 strawberry
Add:
2 oz Cyrus Noble bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake, then add:
2 oz ginger beer
Strain over ice cubes into a Collins glass. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon wheel.
